Points expire 6 months after your last activity.
If you earn points by placing a new order, your total point reward will expire 6 months after the order is placed.
After the expiration date, all points will be invalidated.
You can check the expiration date of your points via My Page.
"Last activity" refers to (1) orders that result in the earning of points and (2) the granting of various point rewards (excluding birthday bonuses).
"Orders that result in the earning of points" refers to orders that resulted in a payment of 1 yen or more.
If no points are awarded due to payment of the entire order with points, etc., the order does not constitute an "order that results in the earning of points", and the expiration date will not be changed.
