Order history can be checked on the [ Account ] page under [ Order History ] .
By selecting the order number (VB*****), you can view the details of each order.
*For DL gift cards, you can check the code via the "Serial Code" link.
However, if you purchased multiple gift cards at once, you will see "View license order email" instead, and you won't be able to view the codes.
To view the codes in that case, you can check the email you should have received from the domain "@sendowl.com" after you made the purchase.
■If a purchase doesn't appear in your Order History
- If you used Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc., for a purchase, and the email address you use for that payment method differs from the email address on your viviON BLUE account, the purchase won't be displayed in your Order History.
Instead, an email containing the serial code will have been sent to the email address associated with your payment method, so please check your inbox for it. - You may have been logged in with a different email address when you made the purchase. Please make sure you're logged in with the correct email address.
