Order history can be checked on the [ Account ] page under [ Order History ] .
By selecting the order number (VB*****), you can view the details of each order.
■If a purchase doesn't appear in your Order History
If you used Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc., for a purchase, and the email address you use for that payment method differs from the email address on your viviON BLUE account, the purchase won't be displayed in your Order History.
You may have been logged in with a different email address when you made the purchase. Please make sure you're logged in with the correct email address.
