Order history can be checked on the [ Account ] page under [ Order History ] .
By selecting the order number (VB*****), you can view the details of each order.
■If a purchase doesn't appear in your Order History
- If you used Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc., for a purchase, and the email address you use for that payment method differs from the email address on your viviON BLUE account, the purchase won't be displayed in your Order History.
- You may have been logged in with a different email address when you made the purchase. Please make sure you're logged in with the correct email address.
